All products (except those from our postal range) offer free collection from the Flour Power HQ - Stroud Farm, Stroud Farm Road, Holyport, Maidenhead, SL6 2LJ. Click here to find us on the map!

Input your collection date and time slot when filling out the order enquiry form online, or make sure these details are included in your query if you are placing your order via Instagram. We are open for collection Wednesday - Saturday for bespoke/pre-ordered items.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY INFO
The Postal Snackbox and Deep Dish Overload are delivered nationwide using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. We kindly ask that you double-check that you have entered a full, valid UK address when placing your order, as this cannot be changed once our cookies have been dispatched. (We are unable to ship to PO boxes)
PLEASE NOTE:

If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being entered at checkout, we are only able to resend the parcel at your expense.

Tracking information will be sent via text or email directly from Royal Mail.

If you are not able to accept the product when delivery is attempted, flexible options such as leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a chosen neighbour are available.

We are unable to offer cancellations or returns for any of our products.
